Overview
inPoint TOA has various requirements which all have to be met before installing:
- Azure Subscription
- AppRegistration with protected API access
- E-Mail Address
Azure Subscription
Since inPoint TOA will be hosted in Azure, an Active
subscription for all the resources is needed.
The available Azure subscriptions can be listed by opening the Subscriptions page in the Azure Portal: https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Billing/SubscriptionsBlade.
AppRegistration with protected API access
inPoint TOA needs an AzureAD App Registration
to work properly.
This Registration is needed for the Microsoft Graph
access and for the inPoint TOA Admin Portal.

Requesting protected API access from Microsoft is a manual process that can take more than 1 week.
Email Address
A valid e-mail address (and user) for sending out notifications is needed by inPoint TOA. This address will be used as the sender for all mails sent. For example, you will receive a "Welcome" mail after installing inPoint TOA via the Azure Marketplace.
