Licensing

The inPoint TOA licensing is based on the number of (active and inactive) users, whose data has been archived in the past. On the Licensing Page of the Admin Portal you can find an overview of the license usage, including the numbers of active, inactive, and internal users managed by the archive and the code of the purchased License plan. If you are interested in the details of the chosen License plan, please visit the inPoint TOA website or the Azure Marketplace.

Active Users - Teams users with an active account, whose shared messages and content were archived by inPoint TOA.

Inactive Users - Former Teams users having a disabled or deleted account, whose shared messages and content were archived by inPoint TOA.

External Users - External users, who have shared messages and content in the company's Teams, and these were archived by inPoint TOA
